  17. A modifier is appended to a grade if the score lies within a certain portion of the main grade‚Äôs range.

  19. If you don't want a modifier for a particular sub-range, leave the modifier name blank.

  23. The upper cutoff for a grade is equal to the lower cutoff for the grade above it.  All these cutoffs are percentages.
